Annual Review Meeting 2025–26: Driving Excellence, Celebrating Success
On Friday, 10th April 2026, our Annual Review Meeting (ARM) 2025–26 brought together leadership and teams for a dynamic day filled with insights, achievements, and memorable moments. The event featured impactful presentations that reflected our vision, strategic direction, and business outlook, followed by award recognitions celebrating dedication, performance, and excellence across the organization.
With meaningful discussions, well-deserved accolades, and moments of togetherness, the day reinforced our commitment to excellence, collaboration, and building a future-ready organization.
The celebrations continued into the evening with a vibrant musical event for employees. The energy began with the rhythmic beats of the dhol, as one participant set the tone and others gradually joined in sync with the moderator’s theme, creating an engaging and lively atmosphere. Another highlight was a team-based activity where employees were divided into groups and performed in perfect synchronization, showcasing coordination and team spirit.
Team performances added to the excitement, with entire groups dancing together while others played the dhol, transforming the evening into a festive celebration. The event seamlessly transitioned into a live music session, where employees also took the stage to showcase their singing talent. Accompanied by music, dance, cocktails, and dinner, the evening became a truly memorable and joyful experience for everyone.
The next day Saturday , 11th April 2026 commenced with an engaging outbound activity, fostering teamwork and collaboration, followed by a grand Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony in the evening. The organization recognized employees for their long-term association, celebrating milestones of 5, 10, and 15 years of dedication.
Special award categories included: Upcoming Young Performer, Star Performer, Excellent Integrator, HR Award of the Year, Team Player of the Year, Leader of the Year, and Department of the Year.
The awards ceremony was further enlivened with interactive quizzes, games, and cheer celebrations, culminating in a grand gala dinner - marking a perfect conclusion to an inspiring and celebratory two-day event.
